Erin's Go To Cookies<\/p><\/div>I was reading this Toronto Star article<\/a> about a new book that looks at relationships and baking. The story included a recipe for Erin’s go-to cookie<\/a> that sounded absolutely delicious and has some of my favourite things, including chocolate, peanut butter, coconut and oatmeal. Okay, so maybe it had all of my favourite things. Anyway, it was a nice, easy recipe, and turned out about 40 delicious cookies. My only advice would be to cook them a little less than the recipe suggests, to keep them a little chewier after they cool.
