{"id":475,"date":"2010-03-24T10:05:50","date_gmt":"2010-03-24T15:05:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tastytangents.com\/?p=475"},"modified":"2010-03-24T10:05:50","modified_gmt":"2010-03-24T15:05:50","slug":"is-it-hopeless","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tastytangents.com\/?p=475","title":{"rendered":"Is it hopeless?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As a food lover who also has to pay attention to my weight, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ctv.ca\/servlet\/ArticleNews\/story\/CTVNews\/20100324\/women_workout_100324\/20100324?hub=TopStoriesV2\">a new study<\/a> is awfully discouraging.<\/p>\n<p>It says that older women must get at least an hour of moderate activity every day to maintain their weight.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;m quite in that age category yet, but since I already struggle with trying to eat healthy, and finding the time to exercise every day, I&#8217;m wondering if it&#8217;s time to just throw in the towel.<\/p>\n<p>I won&#8217;t, I promise, but it is really making me re-evaluate that way I spend my time, and what and how much I eat.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m constantly looking for new and healthy recipes, but I also have a damning sweet tooth, or maybe I should say a chocolate tooth.<\/p>\n<p>So what I&#8217;m wondering is, does anyone have a strategy to keep from overeating that has worked? Or ideas for recipe substitutions?
