  1. how do you make the honey cookies using the wine. my grandfather used to make a cookie using wine and he was from Calabria I’m going on a description from an elderly cousin who remembers them and would like to make them for a reunion



    • Some recipes call for half a shot glass of wine in the recipe, others use the the wine to make a glaze, while still others suggest dipping the cookies in wine, I think you’d have to see what works.
